Tulle Shaker Card

I just LOVED the tulle shaker card that Jennifer McGuire posted a couple of days ago here: Tulle Shaker card. It is such a pretty twist on shaker cards. I was looking for something new to try this weekend and that fit the bill! The best part was that revisited a couple of old supplies that have been in the closet forever.

On of my dusty supplies used was that old DYMO Label Maker! I used CTMH black cardstock with the white core cut to 3/8" and put into the DYMO label maker then sanded for the white to show through.

I really love how the tulle makes the card look so soft verses the clear sheet.

I used Wendy Vecchi Buttercup Mica Spray to give the butterflies a gold shimmer to match the gold cardstock used for "Happy" and the gold sequins.

The supplies that I used in this project are:
Cardstock: Stampin' Up! Succulent Garden DSP, Mint Macaron, brushed gold CS and
CTMH black CS
Stamps: Tailored expressions Make it amazing stamp set
Dies: Altenew word die "Happy", Pretty Pink Posh scallop Ovals
Sequins: Pretty Pink Posh Marshmallow and Royal Garden
Other accessories: White tulle, Ranger Ink/Wendy Vecchi Buttercup Mica Spray, and Dymo Organizer Xpress label maker
