Picnic Pal Treat and Tag {Brutus Monroe}

 I have a second project to share with you today! This treat box and tag were made using the stamps and dies from the Brutus Monroe Picnic Pals Subscription kit along with the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat Box Die.

I started out by cutting Kraft cardstock with the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat box die. Then I cut an extra "side" to use for the tag.

Using the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat Box die, cut these two pieces from Kraft cardstock for the tag.
 This is how you need to cut these pieces to make the tag.
Next, I blended Salvaged Patina through the Brutus Monroe Basket Weave stencil and glued on the scalloped top to the tag.

Next, I stamped the box pieces with the images from the picnic pal stamp set in the kit

I colored in the images with Copics and adhered the box together.

Next, I stamped and die cut the sun. I colored it in and added it to the tag using foam tape. To finish the tag, I cut a sentiment from the sentiment strips in the kit and adhered them to the tag. To attach the tag to the box I used the ribbon in the kit. I cut it down the middle to make it just a little thinner. The ribbon will fray if you do not treat it with something to keep that from happening. I didn't because I don't mind the little fraying on it. You could tie a bow with a full piece of ribbon and attach it to the tag. Then, use twine to attach the tag to the box if you do not want the fraying.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful Friday!!!
Kimberly
