How I store my Dies

I Love this stuff!!!!!

It is a great way to store metal dies for die cutting machines. Most of my dies are stored in these Quickuts Magnetic books:

I love these because the dies do not fall out and I store then in a decorative basket. I have labeled them 1-15 on the outside. I have taken pictures of each one open. Then I have put each picture in a small journal so I can just open the notebook and look for the die I need. Then I know which magnetic book to look in for that die.

Now...back to the magnetic vent covers (found at home depot for about 4$ a pack, you get three vent covers in each pack)..... I love these because since I have a few stamp set/ die combos....I dislike getting the stamps then going to get the dies that I need. So I have taken my stamps and put them in these SIZZIX plastic envelopes:

Envelope and a piece of magnetic vent cover

The real nice thing about this situation is these taylored expressions stamps and dies come with a clear plastic to line up the stamps so everything really is right there in a secured package.

This is my favorite storage for my papertrey ink die and stamps. If the stamps do not have dies that match, I use the CD cases. But if there are dies, I like the plastic envelope idea. It keeps all of the stamps and dies right at your finger tips (the black thing in the envelope is a piece of the magnetic vent covers)

I hope this helps some of you with your craft space organization!!!!!!! It will certainly help cut down on the hunt and find part!
