I have a quick post today. I made this card for the
Simon Says Stamp Monday Mythology/Inspired by a Story Challenge. My card inspiration is the mythical Sirens that would lure the Sailors in with their beautiful voices. The pentalogy of Percy Jackson is what made me think of the sirens. I had this digital stamp "Princess of the Sea" by aurora Wings (on Etsy) for a while. I was so excited to have a reason to print it out and color it in.

I did an ink resist by clear embossing the music background. I blended my distress ink over it and then removed the embossing powder with an iron and paper towel. I hope you like it! I will edit my post later to add my supplies.
I love your take on our theme with the Sirens, Kimberly! It is so much fun revisiting these old tales. Your siren is gorgeous and her beautiful violet eyes will certainly draw the sailors in too.
