Hop along Day 2 with The Rabbit Hole Designs- Hoppy Holidays!
This little bunny is so adorable!!! I colored in this image from the Hoppy Holidays stamp set with Copics and cut it out. To make the background, I ink smooshed Mowed Grass and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide inks on watercolor paper. Then, I took the Splish Splash stencil and spritzed water through it. Using a paper towel, I lifted off some ink through the stencil. Once the water dried, I lined the stencil up with the lifted ink and spread texture paste through it so I would have a little texture and the glossy finish over the stenciled image.

Release day with Butterfly Kisses The Rabbit Hole Designs!
Happy Monday! You know what today is.....The Rabbit Hole Designs June release day! Some really awesome new products for you to check out!!! Today I am sharing the new Butterfly Kiss stamp set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats! How Sweet is this set?????
To make this card, I stenciled the Back Alley stencil on a panel of white cardstock. Next, I cut some thin strips of yellow, pink, and green cardstock and adhered them to the panel. Then, I cut a circle out of that panel for a window. I stenciled the Amanda Stencil on another piece of white cardstock and lined it up under the front panel so I could see the leaves through the window. I took the sentiment from the Butterfly Kiss stamp set and lined it up through the window on the leaf background. Then, using my misty, I stamped the sentiment so it would be exactly where I wanted it to be when the card was all assembled.
Next, I stamped the bunny, a few butterflies and a couple of flowers from the Butterfly Kiss stamp set. I colored them with my copics and die cut them using the Butterfly Kiss die set. I arranged them on my front card panel how I wanted them and glued them on. Then, I popped up the front panel on the leaf panel using the Double Thick Crystal Clear foam tape. Finally, to finish the card I adhered it to a white card base. Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoy hopping along the other stops!!!

TRHD Corner Mandala with Caffeinated Rhino!
I started making the background by lightly blending Speckled Egg and Pumice Stone Distress Oxides on watercolor paper. Then I put the stencil on the blended cardstock and blended Distress Glaze over some areas of the stencil (this is a resist glaze so ink will not stick to it).
After I blended the distress glaze, I sprayed over the stencil with Pumice Stone Distress Spray. I dabbed off the excess ink before taking off the stencil to prevent too much leaking under the stencil. Then I stamped my Caffeinated Rhino on a smaller piece of watercolor paper with Ranger Archival ink. I used my distress inks to watercolor in my Rhino and the bird. Then I die cut them using the Caffeinated Rhino die. I also die cut a "shadow" for the rhino with grey cardstock just to add a little bit of color behind him. I used the sentiment from the stamp set by embossing it with white embossing powder on black cardstock. Once I had all of my pieces as you see here:
... I began to build my card. I cut down the Background to 5 1/4" x 4" and added that to a piece of grey cardstock. Then I glued my rhino slightly staggered off the grey rhino "shadow" and added foam tape behind him to pop him up. I glued the little bird to the tip of his horn and added a tiny piece of foam tape behind it as well. I attached the sentiment to the bottom of the card and used that as a ground for the Rhino to "stand" on so he didn't look like he was floating in air. Finally, I attached this to a white card base. I just love the soft colors!
Thank you for stopping by!
