The August Subscription box for @Brutus Monroe is called Butterfly Wishes. I love that the box has beetles and other bugs in the stamp set and coordinating dies. I do not have the opportunity to make many boy/masculine cards, but when I saw this set, I immediately thought of making this card.
This was a pretty easy card to make. I stamped all of the bugs on white cardstock using my Misti. Then I cleaned them and arranged them sideways to fill the missing spots on the cardstock. I colored them in with Copics and stamped the center bug on a piece of cardstock and die cut him. I colored him in and popped him up on foam tape. Then, I stamped the sentiment on a strip of white cardstock then layered it on a strip of black cardstock. I adhered the sentiment to the panel then adhered the bug with the foam tape to the center of the card. I layered the panel on the gold glitter cardstock that came in the kit and then on a black card base. Easy peasy!
